曾在多套石化装置一线工作多年,对连续催化重整再生(UOP工艺),芳烃抽提,歧化及异构化, 二甲苯分离 (旋转吸附分子筛分离),裂解汽油加氢,丙烷/丁烷制氢, PTA精对苯二甲酸装置(BP-AMOCO工艺)有非常丰富的开车,停车,正常操作及事故处理经验。除工艺外, 对多种催化剂,对各种自动化仪表,自动化操作及连锁控制等也有相当的了解。
研究领域
1) 药物发现, 抗癌活性天然产物的修饰, 糖化学,酶催化。
2) 有机合成方法学研究, 活性化合物合成,不对称合成,过渡金属催化。
3) 天然化合物的合成、修饰和筛选,磷化合物的合成。
4) 组合化学,多样化合成,固/液相合成, 固/液相化试剂合成
5) 新药、仿制药的合成工艺开发,放大和质量标准的制定,药物申报材料的撰写,精细有机化工。
