陈震,江苏大学药学院资格教授。2007年毕业于中国海洋大学医药学院,获学士学位;2016年于中国海洋大学医药学院,获博士学位; 2016年起在日本北海道大学保健科学院从事科研工作。已在Anal. Chem.、Food Chem.J. Agric. Food. Chem.等高水平期刊发表多篇论文。
