邹艳敏，女，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2000/2003年分别本科/硕士毕业于陕西中医药大学中药学专业。2003年入职江苏大学药学院中药学与药学系。2015年在职获得江苏大学环境工程博士学位。发表研究论文20余篇，主持一项国家自然基金，作为骨干成员，参与了4项国家、省部级项目。主要研究方向：天然药物化学，微生物药物资源的筛选和开发。

1、太白银露茶及基于古代经典方美白霜制备关键技术的评价，技术咨询合同项目（2023-2026年）主持，已结题。

2、基于脱氧核酶的高灵敏分析方法的构建及食品中黄曲霉毒素 B1 的快检应用研究，镇江市重点研发计划（社会发展）项目（2024-2026年），合作（排名第二），已结题。

3、20种常用中药材中重金属快筛方法的研究，江苏省市场监督管理局科技计划项目（2025-2026），合作（排名第二），在研。

4、氟喹诺酮类抗生素受体蛋白的制备、分析方法的建立及区域环境水体的生态风险评估，国家自然科学基金（2017-2019年）主持，已结题。

5、城市水体中PPCPs污染物的研究，江苏省教育厅高校研究生科研创新项目（2009-2011年）主持，已结题。

6、滨海白首乌茎叶的资源开发研究，江苏大学高级专业人才科研启动基金项目（2004-2007年）主持，已结题。
