研究领域

1.中药复杂体系与活性小分子的药效靶标组发现

采用热蛋白质组学(CETSA-MS)、化学蛋白质组学、网络药理学等技术探索中药复杂体系和活性小分子发挥药理活性的靶标组,明确中药复杂体系/活性成分与药效靶标的相互作用,阐明“中药-作用靶点-疾病表型”间的关联。

2.中药活性小分子抗破骨细胞相关疾病的药理作用和分子机制

聚焦于破骨细胞相关骨破坏疾病(类风湿关节炎、骨质疏松症等),寻找具有确切疗效的中药活性小分子,从分子水平、细胞水平和动物水平多层次地阐明药理活性及作用机理,解释中药小分子是否能够发挥作用、如何发挥作用等关键科学问题。

3.载中药活性小分子的纳米材料构建及其在关节炎等疾病治疗中的应用

聚焦于中药活性小分子自组装、智能化纳米制剂,改良中药活性小分子的理化性质、实现靶向递送与增效,并将构建的纳米递药体系应用到类风湿关节炎等复杂疾病的治疗,发挥中药活性小分子治疗疾病的优势作用。
