Recently, Zhenjiang Science and Technology Agency and Finance Agency jointly issued a document, which announced that through initial examination, expert review and consultation, “Drug delivery and tissue regeneration” high technology research key laboratory was approved to be constructed in our school, and the construction period would be 3 years.

Key laboratory mainly carries out basic and application transformation research. For the past few years, our school has fused the frontier achievements of modern pharmaceutical preparations with regenerative medicine research and made breakthroughs on the aspects of national key projects, first prize of provincial and ministerial government, international patents and high-level papers. At the same time, our school formed gradually the research orientation for drug delivery and stem cell tissue engineering with unique characteristics. In order to lead regional scientific and technological innovation, promote disciplinary development and serve for local economic and social development, it is significant to construct high technology research key laboratory.
