To strengthen the education for building up a correct attitude of life and values for graduate students, and to improve their ideological and moral standards, the symposium "To be a graduate student of high quality with strict morality" was held in the conference room of the School of Pharmacy on 23 Oct afternoon, and Prof Xie Zhifang, the deputy secretary and the vice dean of the school, was invited to attend this event.

                                In the symposium, the issue was focused on "what is morality, how to be a graduate student of high quality", and the current political situation of graduate students and several major problems in research work was also discussed. At the end, many constructive solutions and strategies for the reality were discovered. Prof Xie made the following wishes to graduate students: the students should act in a way of morality and wisdom, and to establish a good style of study, to carry out academic communications on a regular basis, to establish a correct attitude on their life and values, and to uphold the construction of our Party.

                                From this symposium, graduate students recognized the importance of enhancing the ideology and morality standards and creating a good style of study with a realistic, hard working attitude to research, which shown a positive significance to form a good outlook on life and values for graduate students.
