On December 4th, the School of Pharmacy joined with the School of Chemical Engineering, the School of Environmental Safety, the School of Food Biology and the School of Biological Sciences, held a special recruitment fair for 2022 graduates in the gymnasium on the first floor. Nearly 50 companies including Huizhi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhongxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. came to select talents. Undergraduate and postgraduate of 2022 session participated in this recruitment fair.
This recruitment fair received strong support from the relevant departments of the school and the college. Liu Zhengxin, vice secretary of the School of Pharmacy Party Committee, went to the recruitment fair and had in-depth communication with employers in terms of recruitment needs, talent policies, school-enterprise cooperation, etc. She talked cordially with the graduates who were applying for jobs, and learned about the application status of the students. She hoped that the students will establish a correct concept of employment and seek employment actively. At the recruitment fair, the graduates took well-prepared resumes and communicated actively with the employers to show their self-demeanor. Many graduates and the employers reached a signing agreement on the spot.
This recruitment fair not only broadened the employment channels for graduates, but also enhanced the communication between the college and employers. The School of Pharmacy will continue to take multiple measures simultaneously and strive to provide graduates with high-quality employment guidance services to promote more higher-quality employment for graduates.
