On Nov. 11, in order to help the 2014 graduates improve their employment competitiveness, grasp the employment situation accurately, and understand the employment policy of Jiangsu university better, the School of Pharmacy held a special guidance entitled “employment situation and policy”, the counselor Yunqing Dai was invited to give lecture.

                        Lecture is mainly divided into three parts; the first part is about the process of employment. Dai introduced the employment policies and regulations of Jiangsu University. In the second part, Dai analyzed the employment situation, and used the words “Cautious optimism” to summarize the employment situation, and worn that although employment situation becomes better, graduates still need to improve their ability to apply for a job, need to establish a correct view, and away from blind optimism. In the third part, Dai emphasized the “Three Assistances and One Relief Project” and “College-graduate village official” policies, and encouraged students to get a job at the place where the country needs most.

                        "Confidence is more important than gold" said by the lecturer Dai as an encouragement to everyone at the end, she also interacted with students and shared her job search skills with them.
