To advance graduate employment initiatives and provide efficient career services, the School of Pharmacy, in collaboration with the Schools of Food and Bioengineering, Environmental and Safety Engineering, Life Sciences, and Chemical Engineering, hosted a 2025 spring job fair at the university gymnasium on March 13.

This job fair has invited over 50 leading domestic enterprises across multiple sectors including biotechnology, pharmaceutical R&D, food processing, environmental engineering, and chemical manufacturing, offering graduates a broader career development platform.

The job fair witnessed robust demand and supply, with employers setting up dedicated booths to comprehensively introduce corporate profiles and development prospects through poster displays and on-site Q&A sessions, systematically showcasing talent requirements and career development pathways. Graduates, armed with meticulously prepared resumes, engaged in in-depth discussions with corporate representatives regarding job requirements and career prospects.

The joint career fair organized by five universities has effectively bridged the educational, talent, and industrial chains through a professional employment service platform. Following the event, each college will conduct follow-up visits with key enterprises and provide tracking services for signed students, continuously refining the "admissions-cultivation-employment" linkage mechanism to cultivate more high-quality professionals for societal development.
