The research team led by Associate Professor Liu Hongfei from our institute, titled "Key Technological Innovation and Industrial Application of High-Performance Ion-Exchange-Based Biopharmaceutical Delivery Systems," won the 2024 China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Promotion Association Science and Technology Innovation Award (Third Prize), with Jiangsu University as the first completing unit.

After over a decade of dedicated research, Professor Liu Hongfei's team at our institute has successfully developed a novel ion exchange resin material with independent intellectual property rights, achieving internationally advanced drug-loading performance. This technological breakthrough has consistently adhered to the industry-academia-research collaborative approach of "demand-oriented and application-focused," facilitating multiple patent conversions and technological upgrades. These advancements have significantly enhanced the enterprise's independent innovation capabilities and market competitiveness, yielding remarkable social and economic benefits. Concurrently, Associate Professor Liu's team has established graduate research stations with multiple enterprises, driving technological innovation from laboratory to production line. Their efforts have earned numerous awards for outstanding achievements.
