Our institution's labor education program, "Tracing Green Fields: Artisanal Creation – Campus Medicinal Plant Collection and Value Transformation," focuses on common medicinal plants at Jiangsu University. This hands-on project integrates plant identification, harvesting, processing, and consumption, while creating specimens and related products that incorporate artistic elements like photography, hand-drawing, and calligraphy. By blending labor with aesthetic education, it transforms medicinal plants into valuable products that serve society and promote traditional Chinese medicine culture. Recently, this project won the Special Prize at the 2025 Jiangsu Provincial Second Higher Education Labor Education Excellence Awards, marking another honor for our college's herbal cultivation program after its initial recognition. This year, Jiangsu University has received two special prizes, and we are committed to achieving even greater success.
