To gain deeper insights into the current state of graduate education and refine talent development models, the college recently convened a 2025 Graduate Symposium in Conference Room 1301. The session was chaired by Vice Dean Tong Shanshan, who oversees graduate affairs, with participation from first-and second-year graduate students, teaching supervisors, academic advisors, and graduate secretaries.

The meeting focused on the teaching, research and campus life of graduate students, and the participants shared their personal experiences and insights, and put forward their opinions and suggestions.
Drawing from his teaching experience, Professor Sun encouraged students to actively communicate with their mentors, guiding them to shift from passive acceptance to proactive exploration, solidify their research work, and clarify their future career paths. Professor Cao advised against superficial efforts: Never use tactical diligence to mask tactical laziness. Professor Yu Xiaofeng urged students to set clear goals early, enhance their capabilities, and plan their futures well.
Dean Tong attentively listened to the remarks from students and faculty, highly commending their keen interest and thoughtful analysis of the college's development and graduate education. The college will later consolidate the students' feedback into concrete implementation plans. The School of Pharmacy will continue to prioritize graduate needs, deepen pedagogical reforms, and provide robust support for cultivating high-caliber pharmaceutical professionals.
