On May 26th, the College of Pharmacy held the Wukesong Forum in Room 202 of the lecture hall group. Professor Tong Shanshan, vice president of the College of Pharmacy, was invited to give the lecture, and all undergraduates of Grade 2022 and some graduate students attended the lecture.

The theme of this lecture is healthy China, and "medicine" has something to do. Tong Shanshan mainly explained the positive role of pharmacy in the strategic development of healthy China from six aspects: learning methods, ability training, resource utilization, career planning, major selection, and ways of further study. She pointed out that the pharmaceutical industry is known as the sunrise industry in the 21st century, and it is a fast-developing high-tech industry with broad prospects. The state strongly supports the development of the pharmaceutical industry, the policies continue to be favorable, and the industrial innovation strength is gradually enhanced. Subsequently, Tong Shanshan introduced the development of pharmacy major in the College of Pharmacy and its comparison with other disciplines, and gave detailed answers to specific questions raised by students on professional learning, professional development and future career planning.

The conduction of this lecture has stimulated the students' sense of mission and responsibility to contribute to human health, improved their interest in scientific research and professional study, and pointed out the direction for their future development.
